This BioBlitz is an initiative of the Maribyrnong Climate and Environment Action Group, a member of the Ginninderra Catchment Group. It has been made possible through funding from the Adopt-A-Park community grants facilitated by the ACT Government’s Transport Canberra and City Services Directorate.
The Maribyrnong Climate and Environment Action Group is committed to providing opportunities for our multi-generational local community to: take action to reduce atmospheric carbon; support and strengthen biodiversity in our local suburbs; and encourage the development of knowledge of, and deep and long-standing relations with, our local green spaces and their multispecies inhabitants to strengthen global planetary health.
